Poti residents rally against Russian aggressors

Residents of Poti hold a large-scale demonstration in the city against the Russian occupation today. Several hundreds of protestors marched towards the place where the Russian occupants have arranged entrenchments and illegal checkpoints. Despite the assertion of the Russian president that the large-scale pullout of the Russian army began, the aggressors refuse to leave Poti.
The protestors were shouting ”Go Way, Viva Georgia! Russian mothers, take away your beasts, your fascists from here,”. There were ethnic Russians among protestors, who said they were ashamed to be Russians due to the behavior of the Russian authorities.

Cluster bombs found in Gori

Cluster bombs [a bomb that throws out a number of smaller bombs or antipersonnel projectiles when it explodes] were discovered in the city of Gori during the mine clearing operations today. The bombs were found on the territory of the Gori hospital. The experts are still clearing the territory of the mines. The offices of prosecutor and the city court have been mine cleared.

Several blocks of apartments were ruined during the Gori bombing others were mined. The minesweepers are clearing each apartments. The aggressors have left unexploded mines and anti-tank missiles in the city and the surrounding villages.

Karaleti military base razen to the ground

Interior Ministry has released the video depicting the main department emergencies base in Karaleti, Shida Kartli Region. This is where Russian aggressors stayed since the day of invasion and destructed everything they could reach. The air attacks brought the greatest damage to the whole region and to this base too. Whole infrastructure of the base and the barracks are demolished and the buildings – amortized.

Minesweepers found morphine ampoules and syringes during the inspection.
