Poti residents rally against Russian aggressors
Residents of Poti hold a large-scale demonstration in the city against the Russian occupation today. Several hundreds of protestors marched towards the place where the Russian occupants have arranged entrenchments and illegal checkpoints. Despite the assertion of the Russian president that the large-scale pullout of the Russian army began, the aggressors refuse to leave Poti.
The protestors were shouting ”Go Way, Viva Georgia! Russian mothers, take away your beasts, your fascists from here,”. There were ethnic Russians among protestors, who said they were ashamed to be Russians due to the behavior of the Russian authorities.
Cluster bombs [a bomb that throws out a number of smaller bombs or antipersonnel projectiles when it explodes] were discovered in the city of Gori during the mine clearing operations today. The bombs were found on the territory of the Gori hospital. The experts are still clearing the territory of the mines. The offices of prosecutor and the city court have been mine cleared.
