US to supply Georgia with anti-missile systems
The United States of America might start supplying Georgia with anti-missile systems.
Joe Lieberman, American Senator, who visited Georgia two days ago, will submit a draft-bill in the US Senate in the nearest future in that regard upon the instruction of George Bush, US president.
Lieberman said stopping Russian aggression against Georgia also served the US national interests.

Uh, OK….
Will that be in a part of Georgia where a Russian tank is not parked in the way?
Or will the Army Engineers just drive through the Russian tanks to the sites to begin construction?
Yes, I think its time to shoot at Russian troops, especially the ones who are blocking the traffic.
As if the USA doesn’t have more important geo-strategic interests, like Iraq and Iran. How about declaring World War IV? That will do it.
So, we supply Georgian’s unstable, reckless, moody, nationalistic president, who chews on his neck-tie, with anti-missile systems and have Russia supply Iran with anti-missile systems to shoot down American or Israeli plans. That will do it. Just brilliant!!!
Some senators are really out of touch with reality.
John,
Put your skirt back in the closet and hide your high heels under the bed. Time to display some teticular fortitude. It is the only diplomacy tha Russia unserstands. Don’t be so selfish either. Countless millions of people have surrfered and died by the hands of the Russians. Put your head back in the sand if you will. The price of your home heating oil will continue to rise wether or not our leaders choose to confront Russia. Your ‘Comfort Zone’ will also crumble no matter how much you choose to pacify the Russians by looking the other way. Perhaps you would approve of sending them an ‘OLIVE BRANCH’
Russians don’t care for olives …or peace! They will only use the branch to beat others into submission.
Perhaps your own ‘brilliance’ is tempered by cowardly fear. Russia loves people without spines…It makes it far easier to satisfy their sadistic desires.
bieksia,
Well, well, well… name calling is so fitting. You remind me of Mr. Saakashivili, who called Russia with every name under the sun. What’s the result? Disaster for Georgian people. Is Georgia better off or worse off after August 8, 2008? Duhhh~~ Are you the little fat girl who was taking the small yellow bus to school every morning?
You should put on mommy’s 5′ high heels and fishnet stockings and run to the front. Naaah~~ a chicken-hawk comes to my mind.
Let me repeat since your small brain couldn’t process my simply question. Is it in our or Israeil’s interest if Russia supplies Iran with anti-aircraft missiles? Take Tylenol, because your head might hurt.
Cheers!
bieksia (and all other chicken hawks):
News flash: “Russia may also suspend an agreement allowing Nato to take supplies and equipment to Afghanistan through Russia and Central Asia.”
Now if one American soldier dies because of this, I dare you to say that “USA had vital, national security interests in Georgia viz-a-viz Iraq, Afghanistan or Iran.”
People who are clueless about Realpolitik should go back to school in small yellow buses.
@john-
Do you have a beef with “Forest Gump”?
BIG yellow school buses are better.
@bieksia-
Ok, if you do not want to roast a goat with me,
I will gladly head to the hills with you and 300 rounds apiece.
I love a cold war, Afghan style.
First we shoot Ruskies, THEN we roast a goat.
Deal or no deal?
batguano101
I would love to share in a feast of roasted goat with you!
Have enjoyed such social gatherings with Saudi friends in the past!
And I have admiration for the struggles of the people of Afganistan also.
I would not care to ‘Shoot Ruskies’ just for the sport of it. And would prefer that they would learn to stay within their own borders.
There are many good ‘Ruskies’ yet they remain silent and unable to demand that the leaders of their nation embark upon an honarable path. Those who’s vocies would be heard are often ignored or silenced.
I wish for the time to come when Russians will change their ways. Until such a time comes. I consider them to be enemies of all free nations.
I have good friends from and currently living in many countries to include Afganistan and Georgia. I would do for them as they would do for me.
….a friend of a friend is my friend and in this situation the opposite also holds true.
